Online orders are our number 1 priority with most orders shipped same day if placed Monday to Friday before 12.00pm ACDT (Adelaide Time) excluding Adelaide public holidays. Orders received outside business hours or after 12 noon, will be dispatched the next business day.

Most small items and orders will normally be shipped by Australia Post – Regular Post or Express Post to major cities in Australia capital Cities. This is the fastest and most reliable service for smaller packages.

We deliver Australia Wide and Remote areas, ie N.T and Regional W.A may incur additional postage fees.

Heavy and/or bulky items outside of Australia Post parcel size and weight guidelines are sent by courier and cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Unfortunately freight companies have surcharges for heavy and /or bulky items and for consignments to remote areas so please call or send enquiry for shipping prices to remote areas.

Postage currently is calculated by the largest or heaviest item in you order. additional items are included at No charge!!!

Most small items have a flat postage fee of $12.00 per order.

Medium size or weight is $16.50 per order

Large size or weight is $22.50 per order.

Extra Large size or weight is $26.50 per order

Heavy or Bulky items have a flat postage or shipping fee of $41.50

Very Heavy or Large Bulky Items have a flat shipping fee of $59.00

NOTE: Some Heavy or Bulky Items to Remote areas, N.T & Regional WA may incur additional postage or shipping fees.

METHOD OF DELIVERY:

The size, weight and destination of your order will determine which freight company will be needed to deliver to you. Most consignment(s) are sent via Australia Post however we may choose other providers such as a courier.

Click and Collect or Local pick is always welcome.
