RETURNS
Please inspect all items and report any issues within 2 days of receiving the goods.
All refunds are subject to the below returns policy and Australian Consumer Law. If you need to return an item to us, please follow the correct steps below. If you do not meet these guidelines, your item will not be returned:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Item Condition:
All returned items must be unused, unopened and in brand new condition.
This means the item is never installed and kept in the original manufactures packaging, the box and product cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation or pulled apart, etc. We do not accept returns for products that have been previously installed, opened or disassembled nor to do we accept returns for items damaged or marked while in your possession.

- Your invoice number
- Your contact details
- Reason for returning
Payment Method:
All refunds will be processed back to the customers original payment method.
Restocking Fee:
For items received within 30 days.
1 / You have the option to receive a merchandise credit for the original purchase price. OR
2/ All returns for refund will be subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee less any freight charges.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
After 30 days of invoice or on SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, ELECTRICAL ITEMS or TOOLS or if the original packaging has been opened or is damaged.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
